Watermelon Swim in Brooksville, FL is growing and seeks a child-focused leader to help shape the future of our gymnastics program. This full-time role is ideal for someone with experience in gymnastics, youth sports, early childhood education, or related fields who loves helping children learn, grow, and gain confidence through movement.

Qualifications

• Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, youth athletics, early childhood education, or a related field.
• Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching techniques.
• Ability to connect with children and create a positive learning environment.
• Strong leadership skills or a desire to grow into a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, organization, and reliability.

Responsibilities

The Details

• Must be available at least two weekday evenings and Saturdays


• Ability to lead active classes and lift up to 40 lbs.
