Watermelon Swim's Sweet Peas program in Brooksville, FL, is seeking a part-time Gymnastics Instructor. You will lead and coach age-appropriate gymnastic activities, promoting active play and positive development for children in a vibrant, supportive setting.

The role requires an energetic, reliable candidate with a passion for kids, able to work at least 2 weekday evenings and Saturday sessions, including birthday parties in the afternoon.

Qualifications

• Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or experience working with children in an active setting.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for kids.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule in the Brooksville/Spring Hill area.

Responsibilities

The Details

• Schedule: Part-time
• Availability: Must be able to work at least 2 weekday evenings and Saturdays, including morning classes and hosting fun, active birthday parties in the afternoon.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
