Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years experience teaching Gymnastics, Dance, and/or Cheer.
• Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Adept computer skills in Office 365.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekend, and holidays.
• Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.

• Responsibilities The Gymnastics Coordinator manages program operations, staff supervision, and participant satisfaction while spending 80% of their time teaching classes.
• They are also responsible for onboarding, training, payroll processing, and supporting community donor engagement.
