The City of Lakewood is seeking a Recreation Coordinator for Gymnastics and Climbing Programs to lead development, implementation, and evaluation of community programs. You will work with the Programs team within the Recreation Division, and collaborate with City staff to ensure high-quality customer service and successful events.

Responsibilities include program development, budget assistance, staff supervision, registration systems, and reporting.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Recreation, Exercise Science or related field.
• Two+ years of experience in recreation or a related field preferred.
• Experience supervising staff preferred.

Mansioni

• Develops, implements, and evaluates gymnastics and climbing programs.
• Supervises variable and seasonal staff and volunteers.
• Manages program operations, time sheets, and purchasing of supplies.
