Baseline Fitness in Fargo, ND is seeking a Team Lead to assist in overseeing gym operations, ensure a positive member experience, and support the Club Manager. This full-time, non-exempt role offers development toward a managerial path.

You will supervise front desk tasks, greet potential members, resolve service questions, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory, and assist with reports and marketing promotions. Strong customer service, communication and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in member service oversight ensuring great customer experience.
• Very involved in all front desk related tasks.
• Greet/meet potential members and provide gym tour.

• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Assist overseeing cleanliness and appearance of gym.
• Assist in managing marketing promotions and staff awareness.
