Ocean Community YMCA is seeking a part-time Gym Supervisor in Westerly, RI. Under the supervision of the Sports Director, you will oversee gym activities, including open gym and basketball, while maintaining a professional attitude and clear communication.

The role offers weekday, evening, and weekend hours with opportunities for flexible scheduling and involvement in a community-focused fitness environment. Prior experience in sports development and enforcing gym rules is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sports and skills development.
• Working knowledge of developmental and physical abilities.
• Ability to enforce rules in the gym.

Come work at the Ocean Community YMCA as a Gym Supervisor!

Under the supervision of the Sports Director, the Gym Supervisor is in charge of overseeing the activities in the gym including but not limited to open gym and basketball. Must be well-spoken and display self-confidence and a professional attitude.

This is a part-time position with options of variable hours and days including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
