Valparaiso Family YMCA is seeking a part-time Gym Supervisor to support the Sports team by ensuring members have positive interactions and a safe gym environment. The role involves supervising gym usage, resolving conflicts, and maintaining adherence to Y policies.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, prior supervisory and customer service experience, and current CPR/AED/First Aid certification. Evening and weekend hours are required, with a starting rate of $12 per hour.
The Gym Supervisor supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This part-time position supports the Sports team through ensuring members experience positive interactions while maintaining a safe gym environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
1 year customer service or building supervision experience preferred.
Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
