The General Manager will lead a motivated team, resolve member inquiries, and maintain adherence to operational standards, ensuring the gym meets its sales and service objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness facility management experience.
• Experience supervising a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Build strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Direct management of team and set weekly schedules.
• Expand and develop the business focusing on sales and operations.
• Ensure timely resolution of member inquiries and issues.
• Monitor team performance to meet KPI standards.
