You will hire, train, and manage staff, monitor performance, and step into the GM role when needed, fostering a high-energy, accountable culture in a busy fitness club environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• 40 hour work week availability (SAT-WED).
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• High level of accountability and professionalism.
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of a high-volume fitness club.
• Coach and develop front desk team members.
• Drive membership sales and member engagement.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience every day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
• Hire, onboard, and train new team members.
