Job summary

Easy Mile Fitness in Wilsonville, OR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee club operations and ensure a welcoming, Judgement Free environment while driving financial performance.

You will lead front desk teams, schedule shifts, train staff, handle member questions, manage cash deposits, and coordinate maintenance and safety. This role requires 1 year of supervisor experience, a high school diploma, and CPR certification; travel to other clubs may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 year supervisor or manager experience in a restaurant or retail environment in a high-volume atmosphere.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• CPR certification required or willingness to get certified.
• Ability to travel to other clubs as needed.
• Flexible rotating schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk duties, check-ins and member questions.
• Provide tours and sign up new members.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the facility and equipment.
• Lead, train and develop a high performing staff and cover shifts.
• Manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Ensure safety of employees, members and club property.
• Communicate equipment repairs and maintenance needs.
