Job summary

MÜV Fitness in Portland is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to oversee daily operations, memberships, services and staff to drive revenue and growth. You will lead with a process-oriented approach and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities include budgeting, sales and promotions, hiring and scheduling staff, enforcing safety, and building strong member relationships while ensuring top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team and motivating staff.
• Sales experience is a plus for memberships and promotions.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• CPR Certification is required or preferred.
• Industry experience in fitness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gym budget and daily operations.
• Support membership sales and promotions to grow revenue.
• Build long-term member and vendor relationships.
• Provide high level customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure gym systems and processes are followed.
• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
• Enforce facility rules and ensure cleanliness and safety.
