The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead the club’s front desk and facilities teams in Naperville. You will recruit, coach and schedule staff, resolve member concerns, and help drive the club’s financial performance while maintaining Edge service standards.

You will ensure a positive, energetic work environment, develop team members, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellent member experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership and people management of large cross-functional teams including proven success in coaching and motivating teams in a consumer-facing service environment.
• Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for fitness.
• Thrives in a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to coach, train and develop front desk staff to achieve goals and KPI targets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk and maintenance staff; coordinate with department heads to align performance with club goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire and promote front desk team members; manage staffing and scheduling within payroll budgets.
• Coach and develop front desk staff in sales and customer service skills.
• Drive monthly and yearly financial performance of the club in collaboration with management.
• Ensure front desk staff and facilities uphold Edge standards, policies, grooming and uniform guidelines.
• Manage daily club operations including facilities cleanliness and safety through regular walk-throughs.
