Qualifications

• Experience working as a Member Service Representative at Planet Fitness is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training staff.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure superior customer experience at all times.
• Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility.
