PFHQ is looking for a Club Manager to oversee gym operations, ensuring a positive member experience and financial success. You will recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff while maintaining top-notch front desk service and brand image.

You will coach staff, monitor onboarding, ensure doors stay open during business hours, and implement promotions with the team. Strong leadership and communication are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Front desk responsibilities: greet members, tours, resolve questions.
• Support for team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive club image and promote brand.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Open/close gym promptly and ensure hours are covered.
• Implement current marketing promotions with staff.
• Complete onboarding for new hires in Paycom.
• Order supplies and manage inventory.
• Communicate effectively with staff and departments to boost productivity.
