Job summary

MOBILE HILLCREST CLUB 24 LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in delivering excellent member experiences and revenue growth. You will oversee operations in the GM’s absence, hire and mentor staff, and foster community partnerships to boost membership and brand recognition.

Responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining top customer service, managing payroll and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Strong decision-making skills with a solid work ethic.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal direction and supervision.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills required.
• Superior customer service skills, preferably in fitness.
• Detail- and results-oriented with strong professionalism and organization.
• Ability to travel to other clubs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day club operations in coordination with the General Manager.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and promote a superior customer experience.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff while managing payroll and scheduling.
• Collaborate with the GM and Regional Manager to address issues with staff and members.
• Promote CLUB4 Fitness within local communities and drive membership growth.
• Ensure accurate deposits and compliance with policies and standards.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and readiness for inspections.
• Schedule staff to meet club needs in the GM's absence.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
