Fit Fusion seeks a General Manager to lead gym operations, deliver an outstanding member experience, and drive a financially successful facility in a non-judgmental environment.

You will head a team, oversee training, sales, and daily operations while aligning with corporate standards and KPIs. The role reports to the Regional Operations Director and President and offers opportunities for growth within the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness facility management experience.
• Experience supervising a team and managing schedules.
• Experience with business operations including finance and labor management.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Build strong teams by networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and staff.
• Direct management of team, including weekly schedules and areas of responsibility.
• Oversee training standards and coach staff to drive sales performance.
• Develop and coach team on employment policies and practices.
• Conduct team meetings and set goals.
• Expand business focusing on sales and operations while energizing daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Resolve member inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor team performance to meet KPI standards.
• Maintain clean facility per Crunch brand standards.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.
• Oversee offerings, amenities, and equipment utilization.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor inventory and oversee the retail sales process.
