Carbon Performance Gym is seeking a Fitness Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with memberships, and help maintain a welcoming, clean facility.

You will engage members, conduct tours, support cafe operations, and handle inquiries to ensure every visit meets our service standards. A passion for health and fitness, plus strong communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using basic computer software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests and provide information about services, classes, and facilities.
• Promote and sell gym memberships; help prospective members find the best options.
• Perform regular rounds to keep the gym clean and organized, including floor and equipment upkeep.
• Serve in the gym cafe; handle transactions and maintain a clean cafe area.
• Address member inquiries and feedback; provide timely solutions for a positive visit.
