In this full‑time role, you will deliver an outstanding member experience, support onboarding, and help guests connect to our fitness offerings. CPR/AED certification is required within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Full-time, with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, answer questions, resolve concerns, and connect them with resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe gym environment.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience to inspire members to pursue fitness goals.
• Assist onboarding of new members and help them connect to fitness offerings.
