Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a dedicated Gym Manager to lead our Soho Health Club. You will oversee daily gym operations, manage a high-performing team, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the facility while driving member engagement and wellness programming.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, budget awareness, and collaboration with Wellness, Spa and F&B teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences and achieve financial targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-profile fitness or wellness environment.
• Level 3 Personal Training certification minimum.
• Strong leadership with recruiting and training experience.
• Strategic, target-driven and results-oriented.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Collaborative and cross-functional.
• Adaptable and hands-on.
• Passionate about fitness and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym operations and champion exceptional member experiences.
• Oversee scheduling of classes, PT sessions and gym floor support.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding and coaching.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
• Drive member engagement and cross-referrals with wellness teams.
• Track KPIs for programming, occupancy and trainer productivity.
