Club Managers, Personal Trainers, and Membership Sales Talent! Our newest Anytime Fitness Club in Westchester County is adding to the team the best gym membership managers and certified coaches/trainers. Part-time or full-time positions are available for the right candidate, with opportunities to earn additional commissions.

We are seeking an assistant or full gym manager with 1+ years of experience managing fitness centers; candidates must reside within a 30-minute radius. A personal training certification and experience are strongly preferred. Candidates must be available to work weekends (at least one full weekend day), evenings (potentially until 9 pm), and most holidays, as we are a 24/7 access facility. Compensation includes base pay and potential commissions. Reliable transportation and being at least 21 years old are required. This is a permanent position, not seasonal.

Compensation and hours will depend on experience, certifications, background, and availability. The general duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing exceptional customer service at the club (handling prospective members, member needs, billing, security, etc.)
2. Managing the facility with top-notch cleaning and organizational skills
3. Managing emails, marketing, and communications (phone, text, Club-Os)
4. Selling memberships and personal training sessions (certification preferred)
5. Performing clerical tasks (CRM database management, filing, payment tracking/billing)
6. Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
7. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
