Brief Description

Roles And Responsibilities

  1. Lead and maintain the fitness sales and revenue growth of the program, reporting to the General Manager (GM) with dotted line to the District Manager (DM).
  2. Manage trainers' performance, create team culture, and drive operational excellence to deliver a superior member experience.
  3. Promote and sell fitness products/services, coach and mentor Personal Trainers to meet objectives.
  4. Conduct business management meetings, set targets, and support trainer development.
  5. Collaborate with DM and GM on sales and operational initiatives.
  6. Support day-to-day operations to meet business and member needs.
  7. Lead operational and sales during trainer onboarding, generate leads, and support trainer development.
  8. Achieve financial goals through strategic planning and monitor revenue/expenses.
  9. Manage client relationships, schedule assessments, and host demo clinics to promote engagement.
  10. Foster team culture, manage staffing, mentor trainers, and uphold service standards.
  11. Meet scheduling requirements including working the last day of each month and managing personal training sessions.
  12. Service up to twenty (20) personal training sessions weekly outside of scheduled hours, with additional compensation.
  13. Qualifications include 1-2 years sales experience (fitness preferred), 1-3 years supervisory experience, CPT certification, AED/CPR certification, and physical ability to perform fitness activities.
