Job summary

EūS Fitness in Carrollton, TX is seeking a highly motivated General Manager with a passion for sales to lead a team, enhance member experiences, and drive revenue growth. You will oversee staffing, training, and daily operations to deliver exceptional service and meet business goals.

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, you will develop leaders, monitor KPIs, and ensure execution of strategies that increase sign-ups and retention while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
• Strong detail orientation and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff including assistants.
• Communicate goals and procedures clearly to staff.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue goals; track KPIs.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff on performance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Engage with members and maintain safety and cleanliness.
