UFC GYM is seeking a General Manager in Oklahoma to lead membership, fitness, and operations to drive profitability and an exceptional member experience. You will recruit and develop a diverse, high-performance team, align with company values, and manage budgets, staffing, and guest services.

The role requires 2–3 years of progressive management experience, strong leadership and analytical abilities, and a focus on safety and quality member experiences in a gym setting.

Qualifications

• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and/or demonstrated math analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.
• Experience with basic computer skills like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Documents, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, & hire department managers, supervisors, and front-line team members reflecting diversity and culture.
• Provide consistent accountability for direct reports and dotted line reports through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Conduct ongoing team member training & development to engage and retain staff.
