Workout Anytime is seeking a General Manager in Fort Walton Beach to lead a dynamic fitness club. This role drives membership growth, develops high-performing teams, and ensures exceptional member experiences.

You will actively participate in sales while coaching staff to meet company goals and maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with a passion for fitness, strong business sense, and a track record of building accountability, service, and performance

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a sales-driven business.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily membership sales through prospecting, tours, referrals, and community outreach.
• Execute and coach proven sales processes to maximize membership growth and club revenue.
• Drive personal training revenue through onboarding and Success Session execution.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to hit sales targets.
• Analyze club performance, revenue trends, and market opportunities to improve results.
• Oversee operations, member service, and facility standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, and procedures.
