You will coach a high-performing team, guide daily sales efforts, and ensure operational excellence while keeping payroll and expenses in check.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, strategic, and passionate about fitness to build a culture of accountability and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or a sales-driven business.
• Proven success leading teams and consistently achieving sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily membership sales efforts through prospecting, tours, referrals, and outreach.
• Coach staff and leaders to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Develop and manage team through regular feedback and evaluations.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment.
• Oversee front desk operations, member service, and facility standards.
• Monitor expenses and drive profitability through efficient operations.
• Lead daily huddles and communicate key initiatives and updates.
