You’ll deliver friendly, professional service and help create a welcoming, health-focused environment for every guest.

Ideal candidates are reliable, energetic, with strong communication skills, comfortable with POS systems, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or fitness preferred.
• Comfortable with computers and POS systems.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, creating a professional first impression.
• Check in members, verify accounts, and answer membership questions.
• Explain membership options, provide tours, and close new sales.
• Schedule new members for Success Sessions.
• Provide information about club services and promotions.
• Process enrollments, upgrades, and billing inquiries.
• Maintain front desk, lobby, and gym floor cleanliness.
• Support sales and marketing, local outreach, and events.
• Handle calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Monitor club access and safety procedures.
• Assist with operations, cleaning, and light maintenance.
• Uphold policies, privacy, and brand standards.
