MADE Hoops is seeking a Front Desk Associate at the Fort Greene Facility in Brooklyn, NY. The role is the first point of contact, responsible for delivering a welcoming member experience and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Core duties include greeting members, checking in participants, handling POS transactions, and supporting events and rentals, with emphasis on exceptional customer service in a fast-paced athletic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, athletes, and visitors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Check in members using the scheduling/booking system.
• Answer questions about programs, schedules, pricing, and facility policies.
• Process day passes, sessions, merchandise, and concessions; handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, lounge, and common areas.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for events, camps, leagues, and rentals.
