The Fitness Factory Harlem in New York, NY is seeking an energetic Front Desk/Membership Advisor. You will be the face of a dynamic fitness community, welcoming members, promoting memberships, and supporting growth in one of the city’s busiest neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, sales, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for fitness and wellness.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and membership targets.
• Comfortable working with POS systems and membership management software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy gym environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, motivated, and team-oriented attitude.

• Greet and assist members and guests with a welcoming, professional attitude at the front desk
• Promote and sell gym memberships, personal training packages, and facility services
• Handle member check-ins, account inquiries, and membership renewals using club management software
• Conduct facility tours for prospective members and effectively communicate membership options
• Process payments, manage point-of-sale transactions, and maintain accurate member records
• Address and resolve member concerns, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
