Baseline Fitness, part of Planet Fitness, seeks a full-time Gym Manager to oversee daily gym operations and deliver a positive member experience while driving financial success.

You will recruit, train and supervise staff, ensure front desk excellence, handle opening/closing, inventory and policy adherence, and support members and team members alike. Qualifications

• Honesty and a strong work ethic are required.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage front desk duties, tours, and member inquiries.
• Support staff and club members as needed.
• Maintain a positive club image and ensure policy adherence.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet standards.
• Ensure opening/closing and staffing during all hours.
• Oversee training on marketing promotions and onboarding in Paycom.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
