Crunch Fitness in Greensboro is seeking a General Manager to drive service quality and financial performance for the club. You will lead staff, motivate teams, and coordinate operations to meet budgeted targets and deliver exceptional member experiences.

The role is salaried exempt, with responsibilities spanning sales, operations, training, and community engagement. Hours vary by club pace and events, and benefits include health coverage and more.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals for memberships and personal sales.
• Maintain a club conversion rate of 60% or higher.
• Close two or more perks partners monthly.
• Lead and organize two or more community events each month.
• Handle daily past due account collections and outreach.
• Prospect and generate new member leads continually.
• Ensure staff uses proper tracking forms and daily leads.
• Communicate promotions to staff and members.
• Ensure staff understand club programs, facilities, and equipment.
• Demonstrate ability to lead, motivate and manage the team.
• Oversee personal training revenue and staff performance.
• Support company programs and promotions to acquire new Personal Training clients.
• Maximize kickoff sessions by integrating Personal Training into POS presentations.
• Ensure Personal Training team follows procedures.
• Oversee Fitness Director to meet department objectives.
• Understand budgets and maintain expenses within the club budget.
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, and IT as needed.
• Resolve member complaints promptly following procedures.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for members.
