Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a General Manager to lead club operations, service quality, and financial performance. The GM will motivate, supervise, and coordinate staff to deliver outstanding member experiences while achieving annual budget targets in a fast-paced fitness environment.

The role is salaried exempt and requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a hands-on approach to drive membership growth, program adherence, and community engagement across the club.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals for memberships and personal training services.
• Maintain a club conversion rate of 60% or higher.
• Close two or more perks partners each month.
• Organize and lead two or more community events monthly.
• Handle daily past-due accounts collections and follow-ups.
• Drive ongoing member prospecting and new member generation.
• Ensure promotions are clearly communicated to the team and staff.
• Maintain staff knowledge of programs, facilities, and equipment.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the club team.
