• Solid supervisory, diplomacy and listening skills.
• Hard working, enthusiastic and energetic!
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Ensure staff follows superior customer service guidelines.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager as needed.
• Ensure staff is providing superior customer experience.
• Assist in overseeing cleanliness and maintenance of facility.
