EōS Fitness is opening a new location in Florida and seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead the Sales team and oversee daily gym operations. You will attract prospective members, guide their membership journey, and ensure member success while adapting to evolving needs under management.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, managing memberships and billing, coaching staff, maintaining facility cleanliness and safety, delivering exceptional customer service, and communicating

Formación

• 2 years customer service experience.
• 3-4 years sales experience.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest or experience in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach Sales team to meet sales targets.
• Sell club memberships, services, and programs.
• Oversee billing for memberships and manage leads.
• Communicate goals and procedures to staff.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety compliance.

• Engage with members and respond to needs and concerns.
