We seek a strategic leader to own our QMS and GMP training programs for scalable growth. You will drive inspection readiness, risk management, and training strategy across manufacturing and operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to elevate product

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in quality systems management within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical sciences, engineering, or life sciences.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with GMP compliance, regulatory audits, CAPA, QMS.
• Knowledge of AI tools to enhance quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Owns design and evolution of QMS and cGMP training systems.
• Lead inspection readiness and regulatory risk management.
• Oversee audits and remediation of findings.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to embed quality by design.
• Lead cross-functional change control and validation oversight.
