Job summary

Buckeye Global is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a 6-month onsite contract in Alameda, CA. The role focuses on inventory management, logistics execution, and ERP coordination to support inbound and outbound activities.

The candidate will manage purchase orders, ship status, and regulatory documentation while partnering with CMOs and carriers to ensure on-time deliveries, accuracy, and compliance in a GxP environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of Export & Import Documentation Requirements.
• Understanding of GxP in relation to transportation and materials management.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Dangerous Goods Shipping Hazmat Awareness/Certification is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Office Skills; specifically, in Spreadsheets and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders and sales orders in SAP ERP.
• Update order tracking details in Excel-based files.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, CMOs and Partners to communicate delivery schedule updates.
• Assist with Inventory Movements within SAP ERP system and reconcile inventories.
• Coordinate activities with transportation carriers, Customs Brokers and importers.
• Monitor on-time and in-full delivery of products to delivery points; ensure documentation is prepared and coordinated between sites.
• Review billing invoices for payment.
