The role focuses on inbound/outbound logistics, ERP/SAP coordination, GMP compliance, and collaboration with Langham Logistics and 3PL partners. Candidates should have multiple years of warehouse operations experience, strong Excel/Smartsheet skills, and the ability to manage high-volume data, reconcile WMS-ERP discrepancies, and drive continuous improvement in a regulated

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain or warehouse operations in regulated environments.
• Strong ERP experience with SAP or similar systems.
• High proficiency with MS Office and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor inbound/outbound schedules to ensure materials availability.
• Manage raw materials receipt tracker and real-time status visibility.
• Coordinate weekly outbound schedules and 3PL transportation.
• Maintain GMP documentation and data integrity across systems.
• Lead cross-functional pursuits with 3PL, QA, procurement, and manufacturing.
