Job summary

Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Specialist – GxP Technical Support to provide first level helpdesk support for GxP‑regulated systems and business-critical IT. You will troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and maintain compliant, audit-ready IT processes.

You will work with QA, CSV, Infrastructure, and System Owners to ensure secure, compliant operations and documentation practices, while supporting end users across Windows, macOS, and enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting IT systems in regulated environments.
• Experience with GxP-regulated applications and systems.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365 and enterprise endpoints.
• Experience with user lifecycle management, SSO, MFA, and identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1+ support for GxP and non-GxP systems and user access issues.
• Troubleshoot incidents affecting regulated applications and lab systems.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow per SLAs and procedures.
• Perform provisioning/deprovisioning and access modifications for GxP systems.
• Support IAM platforms including Okta, AD, and Entra ID (SSO/MFA).
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and maintain audit trails.
• Support Windows, macOS, M365, and endpoint management in regulated and non-regulated environments.
• Escalate incidents to QA/CSV/Infrastructure as required.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle documentation.
• Create/update SOPs and knowledge base articles.
• Support internal/external audits with documentation and ticket history.
