Job summary

Rocket Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Manager, IT - GxP Systems & Compliance to ensure reliable, compliant, and audit-ready IT support for GxP manufacturing and QC operations.

You will oversee incident resolution, change control coordination, and validation activities across regulated systems. Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and external service providers, you will maintain data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS/Engineering or Life Sciences.
• 5–8 years of IT systems experience in a GxP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for GxP manufacturing, QC laboratory, and related systems.
• Triage incidents, manage service requests, and minimize operational disruption.
• Coordinate change control, validation delivery, and documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready records and data integrity across systems.
• Support vendor coordination and lifecycle activities.
