Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. in the United States is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support site training compliance programs, ensuring QMS and regulatory alignment. You will partner with SMEs, Quality, and L&D to translate business needs into effective learning solutions.

The role requires GxP experience, instructional design skills, and a data-driven approach to improve training effectiveness while maintaining inspection readiness. Hybrid work is available in West Point area.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of related experience.
Experience in GxP/GMP in a regulated environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Digital/AI-first approach to tasks.
Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Design and update instructor-led and eLearning training aligned with quality and regulatory standards.
Manage LMS and curriculum activities, including assignments and updates.
Collaborate with SMEs, Quality, and L&D to identify learning needs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
