Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, America\'s premier replacement window and door company, seeks experienced installers for full-time, year-round work in Wisconsin. Onsite installation and removal of windows and doors, with focus on safety and customer satisfaction, are essential.

Must have a valid Wisconsin license and reliable driving record. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in installation, general tool knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license.
• At least 1 year of window and door installation experience.
• Experience installing windows and/or patio doors is a major plus.
• General tool knowledge and adherence to safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors.
• Identify issues impacting customer experience, costs, or code compliance and provide solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, installation techniques, and construction basics.
• Aim for customer satisfaction by ensuring recommended solutions are accepted and relationships are maintained before, during, and after installation.
