Renewal by Andersen, America's premier replacement window and door company, is hiring window and door installers for a full-time, year-round W2 position in Waukesha, WI. Must have a valid Wisconsin driver's license and a good driving record.

Job Location: Waukesha, WI 53186, Salary Range: $20.00 Hourly, Renewal by Andersen, America's premier replacement window and door company, is seeking experienced window and door installers to join our teams of elite craftsmen. This is a full time, year-round, W2 position.

*Must have valid Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record to be eligible for position*

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Onsite installation/removal of windows and doors
• Recognize situations that would impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance and provide solutions
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics
• Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers accept proposed solutions and/or alternate techniques. Maintain great relationship with customer before, during and after installation

Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and good driving record
• At least one year window and door installation experience
• Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors a major plus
• General tool knowledge
• General knowledge of safety practices
• Must be able to lift up to 70lbs
• Must be comfortable with heights and able to work on ladders and/or scaffolding
• Must be able to work in any type of weather conditions
