Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, America’s premier replacement window and door company, is seeking experienced installers to join our teams of elite craftsmen. This is a full time, year-round, W2 position in Wisconsin.

A valid Wisconsin driver's license and good driving record are required. Responsibilities include onsite installation/removal of windows and doors, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining excellent customer relationships before, during, and after installation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and good driving record.
• At least one year window and door installation experience.
• Previous experience installing windows and/or patio doors is a major plus.
• General tool knowledge.
• General knowledge of safety practices.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be comfortable with heights and able to work on ladders and/or scaffolding.
• Must be able to work in any type of weather conditions.
