Brothers that just do Gutters is seeking a results-driven Sales and Estimating professional to sell gutter services to the public and generate profitable jobs. You will attend estimates, price opportunities, and communicate clearly with customers.

You will maintain strong client relationships, use our CRM, and strive to hit sales targets including 40% close rate, while contributing to growth and profitability of the franchise.

Competenze

• Must have proven sales experience in commercial or residential services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers.
• Experience using a CRM to manage leads, quotes, and follow-ups.

Mansioni

• Attends estimates on time and prices opportunities within 48 hours of onsite visit.
• Returns calls within 8 business hours and explains product differentiation to customers.
• Sells services by understanding customer needs and maintaining relationships on sold projects.
• Maintains follow-ups on all bids and aims for profitable, well-scoped jobs.
• Uses CRM to organize workflow and track sales activities.
• Sets and pursues goals for sales volumes, closing rates and gross profits.
