The Brothers That Just Do Gutters in Yorba Linda, CA is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to meet homeowners, assess gutter needs, and deliver accurate estimates. This full-time, on-site role offers commission-based earnings with training provided and growth opportunities as you build relationships and close sales.

You will present options, follow up decisions, and maintain notes in our system while collaborating with the office and installation teams.

Qualifications

• Commission-based compensation structure; earning depends on performance.
• Prior sales experience preferred; home improvement or in-home sales helps.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled gutter estimates.
• Inspect homes and determine gutter needs.
• Measure and prepare accurate estimates.
• Explain gutter options, products, colors, and solutions.
• Present estimates and close sales.
• Follow up with undecided customers.
