Job summary

Leaf Home in Warrendale, PA is looking for a Field Gutter Installer to support daily gutter and gutter protection installations at customer sites. You will travel within the territory, operate a box truck, and work with the Field Gutter Manager to deliver quality results.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in home construction or gutter installation, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This full-time position requires safety awareness and a hands-on, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet varying stakeholder demands
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external parties

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations
• Ensure daily job completion to meet location targets
• Assist Field Gutter Manager in gutter and gutter protection installations
• Provide quality installation services by following training processes
• Deliver excellent customer service on site while upholding safety policies
