Leaf Home is seeking a Field Gutter Installer to support daily gutter installation and fabrication onsite. You will work under the Field Gutter Manager to ensure successful installations in varying field conditions.

The role requires a valid driver's license, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Travel within the territory and adherence to safety policies are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of in-home construction, remodeling, or gutter installation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to complete gutter installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily job completion to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Assist Field Gutter Manager in completing gutter installations and gutter protection systems.
• Provide quality installation services by following training processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service on the job site.
• Adhere to safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
