Leaf Home in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a Field Gutter Installer to support daily gutter installations and fabrication in varying conditions. You will work with provided equipment to complete installations onsite and ensure quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Excellent attention to detail in the installation process.
• Ability to multitask and meet stakeholders' needs without dropping the ball.
• Fast-paced, team-oriented, hands-on mentality with a pro-active approach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter installations.
• Ensure daily job completions to improve location attainment.
• Assist Field Gutter Manager with gutter installations.
• Provide quality installation following training procedures.
• Deliver excellent on-site customer service.
• Follow safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and operate a box truck safely.
• Be comfortable using ladders of varying heights.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
