Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Gutter Installer to support daily gutter installation and fabrication at customer sites, traveling within an assigned territory and using provided equipment to install gutter systems.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on work, with opportunities for teamwork, growth, and ongoing development through our programs. Occasional travel and a strong customer-service focus are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
• Team-oriented in a fast-paced environment and hands-on mindset.
• Comfort with climbing ladders and physical outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter installations at customer sites.
• Ensure daily installation completion to improve location attainment.
• Assist Field Gutter Manager with gutter and protection installations.
• Provide quality service by following installation training processes.
• Deliver excellent on-site customer service.
• Follow safety rules and OSHA guidelines on job sites.
• Operate a box truck safely and responsibly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
