Job summary

Leaf Home is recruiting a Field Gutter Installer to support daily gutter installations at customer sites within the Evansville area. You will assist with installations, measure, cut, and install gutter systems using company equipment under the Field Gutter Manager’s supervision.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year in home construction or gutter work, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Able to follow safety rules and wear PPE.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and operate a box truck safely.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned territory to complete gutter installations.
• Install gutters and gutter protection per training.
• Ensure daily job completion and quality.
• Provide excellent customer service on site.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
