Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1+ years in home construction or gutter installation, and strong communication and safety skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety rules and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer locations.
• Ensure daily job completion to meet location targets.
• Assist Field Gutter Manager in installations of gutters and protection systems.
• Provide quality installation services by following training processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service on the job site.
• Adhere to safety rules and OSHA guidelines on site.
• Operate a box truck safely and climb ladders of varying heights as needed.
